Cambridge was one of the early adopters of Customer Success, largely due it being somewhat a technical hub of the east. With a large number of Customer Success professionals based in and around Cambridge, some working for local organisations and others working remotely for companies globally it seemed only natural we had our own meetups.
By our very nature CSMs enjoy meeting people in person, learning from each other, sharing problems, tips and comparing notes on playbooks and strategies. For that reason, we hold a bi-monthly Customer Success Meetup at St John’s Innovation Centre in Cambridge for all those working in, or interested in working in Customer Success.
Meetups vary in format depending on the topics; from guest presenters who are leaders in the field, to group discussions and member presentations.
In a fast moving sector such as Technology and Customer Success no meetup is ever the same! Come and join us at the next one.
History

Originally the meetup was the Customer Success Café East Anglia and alternated between Cambridge and Norwich. Created, organised and hosted by Katie Pigeon, Catherine van Battum and Shani Mulholland.

Post Covid and a short hiatus Ian Everett and Scott Eaton established a Cambridge Customer Success Meetup that ran over 2022 and 2023. Group discussions, guest presentations and good old in person networking.

Following a hiatus, the current bi-monthly meetups were re-established by James Harding, Tanya Sleator and Kyle Büter Jackson. Meetups take place every other month at St Johns Innovation Centre. Check the Events section for upcoming dates.
